Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
Accessories and smaller items may be returned via standard shipping at the buyer's expense.

Large Items (Saunas, Cold Plunges, Hot Tubs)

Due to the size and weight of these products, return shipping for large items must be arranged by the buyer. Please contact us at plungejunkies@gmail.com or call (608) 909-8117 before initiating a return so we can help coordinate logistics.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
