Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free standard shipping on most orders within the continental United States. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

Standard Shipping: Free on qualifying orders. Estimated delivery: 5-14 business days depending on product and location.
Express Shipping: Available for select items. Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days.

Large Items (Saunas, Cold Plunges, Hot Tubs)

Large items ship via freight carrier with free curbside delivery. Delivery times vary by location and product availability, typically 2-4 weeks. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

White glove delivery (inside placement) may be available for an additional fee. Contact us for details.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations via USPS and DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
